How do I apply for a primary school place?

  • Applications should be made via Nottinghamshire County Council
  • Our reception class is for 4 year olds who turn 5 during the 2024/2025 school year - their 5th birthday must fall between 1st September 2024 - 31st August 2025.
  • You will be asked to pick four schools, in order of preference. One of these schools should be the primary school in your catchment area.
  • Your catchment school does not have to be your first choice.
  • You will find out if you have a place with us on 16th April 2024.
  • For in year applications or school transfers, apply online through Nottinghamshire County Council.
  • The Nottinghamshire County Council team can help with admissions to primary, transition to Year 7, in-year school places and appeals.

Our admissions policy is under the Policies section.

Wraparound care / after-school provision

Within the academic year, we will be looking to confirm the details of our breakfast and after-school club.

We are part of the Flying High Partnership

This means that we belong to a partnership of schools across Nottinghamshire, Nottingham City and Derbyshire. Flying High is a multi-academy trust where schools work together to ensure our children receive the best possible opportunities and experiences. This is achieved through true collaboration where all decisions centre on children, and schools are empowered to adopt best practice, adapt it within the context of each school and fly.
